CONTRIBUTORS & FUNDRAISING.
WE'D LIKE TO THANK...
Over the years, John Lewis have been instrumental in keeping Solent Rescue in operation, they have donated significant amounts of funds and hours. The main input has been in providing us with replacement engines which are the largest expenditure items that are needed to get an effective boat afloat.
ExxonMobil & John Lewis have in the past ensured that we were able to purchase an effective lifeboat and over the years, have ensured we have had the much needed safety equipment to operate a lifeboat station.
Without this focused support throughout the decades, Solent Rescue would have ceased to operate.
WE'D ALSO LIKE TO THANK...
More Than SafteyMore Than Safety for branding our drysuits with the Solent Rescue name so we can be easily identifiable when working alongside partner agencies.
SpinlockSpinlock for their continued support and for supplying our crew with lifejackets to help keep them safe while out at sea
Force Four ChandleryForce 4 Chandlery Shamrock Quay branch for supplying general marine equipment for our new rescue assets.
Fundraising is a huge part of any lifeboat station but none more so that independent lifeboat stations dotted around the UK coastlines.
As an organisation, we are always looking for fundraising volunteers to help co-ordinate fundraising activities and help with fundraising activities on a street level. This year, more than ever, we are requiring thorough fundraising activities to help push our lifeboat organisation into a top life-saving unit.
