Activity Log Search for Lost Boy in Lepe Country Park
A six year old boy lost in Lepe Country Park on Thursday afternoon, was found thanks to Solent Rescue's off duty coxswains children who went on a mission to find the child after concerns were raised by the missing child's parents. Solent Rescue would like to thank James, Gemma, and Matthew Blomquist for all their help in finding the missing child who was found in the Lepe Beach cafeteria.

Solent Rescue were established in 1971 initially as a beach rescue unit operated by auxiliary coastguards. Solent Rescue has since then developed into a fully operational independent lifeboat station, which operates under the direct control of HM Coastguard and is responsible for approximately 33 square miles of the central and western Solent.
