Increase operational activities for the 2009 season with the introduction of inshore patrol facilities.

To work in partnership with other official emergency services dealing with life threatening incidents in the local area.
Our Aims

To provide a Voluntary Beach and Rescue Service at Lepe Country Park and the area designated by HMCG.

To work as a Declared Facility with HM Coastguard and assist with Search and Rescue incidents as required.

Lookout and beach operations to be operational at week-ends and bank holidays from the beginning of April until the end of October from 10:00 to 18:00

To raise public awareness of water safety issues and be readily accessible to members of the public.

To provide first aid cover to visitors to the Country Park.

To work closely with Lepe Country Park, HMCG & other lifeboat organizations to continually improve the service we provide.

To work closely with our sponsors and develop a partnership with them. To help promote Solent Rescue and the sponsors organizations.
